Dylan is 3!!

We celebrated Dylan’s 3rd birthday on a warm winter Friday morning with Granny Mac and a few of his friends from school.  Ali organized a puppet show, cupcake decorating and a lovely Gruffalo cake.

The puppet show “Animal Antics” was great fun.  Dylan seemed a bit amazed by it but enjoyed it all the same.  Most of the parents spent the 30 minutes laughing at Callum who put on a good side show for us with a toy guitar and his dancing.

Thank you to everyone who came and enjoyed the day with us, Dylan had a blast and has been very spoiled by you all.

Today was Dylan’s actual Birthday.  3 Years old and getting bigger and stronger by the day.  Dylan is now 98cm tall, he is full of the joys of life, loves physical games and rough housing.  Dylan also loves our dog Boris but can be a bit rough at times, Boris is keenly aware of his place in the pack – rock bottom.  Dylan is also quite a brave little guy just this morning he woke up after a “bad dream”.  He told Granny that he dreamt about a troll in a hole but it’s ok because he got him with his knife.

Thanks once again to Granny Mac for coming to visit us we really enjoy your company and the attention you shower our boys with.  Warrick has been asking for Granny most bedtimes, I think he loves the animated stories she reads to him.  We will miss you when you leave tomorrow.

Dylan you warm our hearts and bring joy to our lives.  We love you so much and look forward to the year ahead and all that it brings.
